Straight Talk My Account app for iPhone and iPad

I love straight talk I have been a member for 6 years I love this app and all the updates I get with my phone

Hi, well I hardly ever write reviews, but this app had a lot of bad ones so I thought Id help it out with a honest review. I found their website difficult to navigate, so I tried out the app it was incredibly easy to navigate and purchase a plan! they have all plans listed and I just signed into my account, purchased a plan and set it in my reserve within 10 minutes of downloading this app. I definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to add a plan etc. it is also great that I can keep track of my data use and my service end date.

The app is pretty good. Not sure if its server side, but, when I forget to refill a phone it shows the "device" as inactive and shows a bunch a silly number instead of the phone number. Ive renamed both of my devices with "nicknames" and neither of them show. My used data is never up to date with my actual used data. When I look at my app it will tell me 7.35G used out of 10G as opposed to me texting 611-611 and sending the word usage to find my data usage for the month. When I text it is usually about a Gigabyte higher than my app. Over all the app has a nice layout. I think it could be integrated to fit iOS 9 a little better. But not an ugly update like Instagram recently released. Like I said its a good company just like to see a better looking more improved app all around.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about with this app. Works fine for me. Can see all the information the other reviews are complaining about.

Im confused on why this app has so many "1-star" ratings. I hardly write reviews, but I felt obligated to write one for StraightTalk. When I saw the app in my App Store, I thought it would be a great tool to keep my account current. When I saw the reviews and ratings though I honestly almost didnt download the app at all. I decided to give it a shot though and I am thankful that I did! I am provided all the info I am looking for and it is very simple to navigate through. I also have never had problems with it not showing me the correct amount of data used. Maybe the App was not so great when it first came out, but StraightTalk has turned it completely around! Great job guys! Keep up the good work! I will never change couriers as long as everything keeps going the way it is and just keeps on improving. Thank you for your dedication to provide amazing phone service at reasonable pricing! I appreciate the affordable plans and am thankful for the service you provide.

I, like the previous reviewer have found the app to be extremely user friendly and up to date. Im not sure if there has been an update to the app since I began using 2 weeks ago, but so far so good.

I paid for one month for my sister and I got charged for two months .

I would write a review, but it crashes after 5 seconds everytime I open the app

Ive had this iPhone 5S through straight talk for about three months now. I finally decided to download the app because it seems useful. The app definitely has the potential to be a great & useful tool, but it keeps crashing. Doesnt allow me to update any of my information or make any changes to what is already in the My Profile page. Then when I try it again, my screen goes black and Im looking at an empty Dashboard page. Very frustrated, I hate this app. Please make the correct updates, and maybe this app will be somewhat useful instead of a waste of time.

I cant even use it. I downloaded it to reload my phone and it wont even load, crashes every time. I open the app and it does the logo screen, then once it goes away the app completely crashes. I cant do a thing with it. iPhone 5C iOS 9.3.1

This software released in Nov of 2015 does not currently work. Crashes as soon as I login. I have told ST and no mention of when it will be fixed

App needs a serious update!!!! Do not show correct info and unable to place number on auto refill... Will uninstall if not fixed.
