Straight Talk My Account App Reviews

App is alright but crashes a bit. The real problem I have is the fact that this company throttles my internet every month before I even come close to reaching my limit. The app has a built-in data counter (plus I used a different one to compare), and it showed me only using 4.3gb of my data. Tried calling support; they didnt deny it but said they couldnt help and just gave me an email to write my problems to (sweeping it under the rug). Soon as I save enough money, Im swapping to a company who cares about the values of its customers.

I wish I could use the app but every time I open it on my iPhone 6s it closes

Good app, does everything I need although they should try to make it look better, less flat green-ness. But good app!

I find it ridiculous that a company would even allow something this flawed to be released. As soon as the app begins to log in it crashes. Each and every time. Hoping one day I am able to refill my phone without having to call the number.

Current app has wrong resolution for iPhone 4/4S. You cannot press buttons at bottom of the screen because of this. Screen was obviously optimized for iPhone 5 and above.

Id love to use this app but I cant even open it

Used to be great, but data usage is way off, cant change my email...Used my computer to change everything, and now i cant get into my account. If stuff isnt up to par by tomorrow, 10th of March, 2016 A.D. I will call costumer service, and i intend to get what i want, and will not stop until i have achieved my goal. Failure to comply will result in a war declaration on the Straight Talk CDMA network My recommendation is to start work on your application, customer service, and the network. I have been putting up with this crap for over a year, and it is time to fix things immediately.

Definitely have had the app crashing issue, have never actually been able to login to track data usage to find out if Im being ripped off on data but I never touch 5 gigs anyway so that doesnt bother me. If you bypass the login and just use it a "guest" i.e. Add airtime for a friend. Itll still perform functions just not with the ease in the app description.

Have made many attempts and it just doesnt work on Apple devices, cant rate zero stars sure wish they would get it together, but this is Stright talk cant understand plain English

Will not stay open when trying to login

It wouldnt allow me to log on, and when I tried to get tech support it was some guy in the Philippines who only understood enough English to tell me he was sorry! DELETED!!!

I have an IPhone 6 & the ap crashes when trying to open it

I like the idea of a place to check my account status. But this is hopeless especially on a iPhone 4s. On the 4S you literally cannot confirm your choices because the button to do it is off screen. It at my personal data wrong as well. I am deleting the app. Id rather have to call and talk to the bozos on their phone support line!
