App crashes on login. Unusable. Hopefully an update will fix and I can increase my rating.

So disappointing. Used to work...now....nada. Please do an update to fix this issue!

App is almost as bad as customer service. Think they are making me racist against people w/ Indian accent when speaking on a phone.

I am not going to delete the app this time and PRAY for another update that actually makes it useful. This version actually has useful options, BUT THEY DONT WORK!!!!

I cant add a purchased card or buy time with my debit. I have to do that with my browser . I talked to straighttalk and was informed it is apples problem, went to the App Store and it directs you to the ST website. Someone needs to set up and fix it or shut it down

I cannot even add my device. Every time I attempt to, I receive a prompt telling me, "There was a problem." Just a theory, but it may be helpful if I was made aware of the nature of this problem. Then I may stand a chance at fixing it. But as of now, I have nothing to go on. A waste of time.
